Stuart is a people person and is passionate about service excellence. He is a highly experienced professional in the customer experience and people management fields.
For over 30 years he has provided practical advice, individual support and effective and successful training and development solutions to high profile organisations (predominantly service based) from the National Trust and The British Museum to small independent operators and charities.
He has an operational, HR and training background in the leisure industry, working at National Garden Festivals in the 80’s and he has delivered culture programmes and training solutions across the UK, throughout Europe and as far as the Middle East!
